4 Bathrooms Lovely chalet located in the heights of Samoëns, on the road to the Col de Joux Plane. There are many activities in the area: skiing, snowshoeing or paragliding in winter, hiking, paragliding or mountain biking in summer. There is, in front of the chalet, a beautiful south-facing terrace with panoramic views of the valley, a heated swimming pool and a large garden (with children's games and a "pétanque" court). The swimming pool is opened from mid-May to mid-September.
When you enter the chalet, you will find a large living room with a beautiful open-plan kitchen. You will also find on the ground floor a shared toilets, a double bedroom (queen size bed) with its en-suite bathroom, a laundry and a garage.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two of which have double beds (140 cm).
The third bedroom has a king size bed and a bunk bed. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
All the beds and beddings are brand new and very comfortable.
There is another bathroom on the first floor.
The chalet is located in the hamlet of Plampraz, which is 2 km away from the center of Samoëns, and 4 kms away from the Grand Massif Express (GME) gondola. There is a skibus stop in front of the chalet!
