3 Bathrooms Lovely chalet located in the heights of Samoëns, on the road to the Col de Joux Plane. There are many activities in the area: skiing, snowshoeing or paragliding in winter, hiking, paragliding or mountain biking in summer. There is, in front of the chalet, a beautiful south-facing terrace with panoramic views of the valley, a heated swimming pool and a large garden (with children's games and a "pétanque" court).
When you enter the chalet, you will find a large living room with a beautiful open-plan kitchen. You will also find on the ground floor a shared toilets, a double bedroom (queen size bed) with its en-suite bathroom, a laundry and a garage.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two of which have double beds (140 cm).
The third bedroom has a king size bed and a bunk bed. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
There is another bathroom on the first floor.
The chalet is located in the hamlet of Plampraz, which is 2 km away from the center of Samoëns, and 4 kms away from the Grand Massif Express (GME) gondola. There is a skibus stop in front of the chalet!
